Preventive Medicine for Viral Illnesses

Everyone (all ages) should be taking BETA GLUCAN (Wellmune brand by far the best) to boost immunity; works better than vaccines; broad immunity against all viral pathogens; produces what is called trained immunity.

Every adult should be taking 8000 IU vitamin D daily; 2000 IU for small kids; initially take 50,000 IU if ill for 5 days to replenish liver stores; get some natural mid-day sunshine on your skin 20-30 minutes if possible, for natural vitamin D.  Regarding dose, research report entitled THE BIG VITAMIN D MISTAKE online.  Vitamin D drops are available for infants, toddlers, etc.

Everyone should be taking ZINC — 30 mg for adults; 15 mg for children under 12 years of age; if ill, nasal, sinus, bronchial problems, use zinc lozenges, preferably with an ionophore (quercetin). (Z-19 zinc lozenges, Lifespan Nutrition); too much zinc results in zinc being bound up and not bioavailable.  There is liquid zinc for kids, but zinc supplements are harsh on the digestive tract and taste terrible.  Zinc carnosine is less harsh on gut. Lack of zinc results in thymus gland shrinkage.  Thymus gland makes T-cells that destroy viruses.  Loss of smell, commonly reported among COVID-19 patients, is often induced by a shortage of zinc.

Everyone should take SELENIUM, a trace mineral that releases zinc from its binding protein (metallothionein); selenium prevents viral mutations.

Everyone should be taking L-LYSINE daily to keep onboard viruses dormant — 500 mg for adults; when ill avoid chocolates and nuts which are arginine-rich and counter the lysine.  Good for all herpes-class viruses (human papilloma virus; herpes labialis (lip); shingles; Bell’s palsy, chicken pox.

Everyone should take VITAMIN C 500-1000 mg 3x/day; when ill, take 3000 mg vitamin C 3-4 times a day; and/or FORMULA-216 at bedtime as it provokes the body to produce vitamin C internally and doubles vitamin C blood levels without consumption of dietary or supplemental vitamin C.  Liquid vitamin C is available for very young children.

When ill, take NAC 500 mg (N acetyl cysteine); excellent for lungs.

When ill and short of breath, take INOSITOL, up to 500 mg, which is a lung surfactant

When ill, take RESVERATROL no more than 250 mg (can also be used as preventive)

When ill, take MONOLAURIN (derived from coconut oil) to boost immunity

LICORICE ROOT extract is a powerful anti-viral agent.

In lieu of antibiotics, use OIL OF OREGANO capsules (active ingredient carvacrol), 3 capsules 3 times a day.  Antibiotics kill bacteria, not viruses (viruses aren’t even alive; must enter living cells to replicate).

To replace good gut bacteria after sterilizing antibiotics (like Zithromycin) , consume sauerkraut (live bacteria)

When ill, with shortness of breath, nasal, sinus, bronchial issues, use NEBULIZER (mist machine) + 3% hydrogen peroxide; keeps you out of hospital; if no nebulizer is available, go in shower with hot-hot water and breathe in the mist to loosen bacteria and viruses off of mucus linings.  MEDNEB is good brand of nebulizer.  Obtain free e-book RAPID VIRUS RECOVERY by Tom Levy MD, on how to use nebulizer. Maybe think of having nebulizer on hand since you haven’t time to wait for delivery of a nebulizer when seriously ill and gasping for breath.

When severely ill, with unremitting infection, take MACROPHAGE ACTIVATING FACTOR (deliver overnight, $216/bottle, 60 tablets; take 1 in AM and 1 in PM, 30-day supply).  Activates macrophages, white blood cells that devour bacteria and virally-infected cells.   Phone: 702 682 9945

When severely ill, contact PUSHHEALTH.com and for Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, delivered to a local pharmacy.  Contact America’s Frontline Doctors to obtain medication and a consultation with a physician.

Be aware, hospitals have financial incentives to admit you; the emergency room will send you home if ill, knowing 5 days later (incubation period) you are going to be terribly ill and need hospitalization.

Obtain a fingertip OXIMETER to determine oxygen saturation; should be 90+; if short-of-breath, think of using nebulizer + hydrogen peroxide

Make chicken soup (really!). Put lots of garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil in with vegetables (garlic cloves, onions, mushrooms).  Soup is a hot water extract of herbals.

People who drink coffee, tea, alcohol, block vitamin B1; a lack of vitamin B1 can result in loss of autonomic nervous system and you may experience pseudo-COVID; loss of sense of smell and taste; heart may race; legs will be painful; crushing fatigue; shortness of breath; diarrhea, vomiting, etc.  Deficiency of vitamin B1 may induce a pseudo-virus infection.  Take vitamin B1 as benfotiamine, as directed on bottle + magnesium 400 mg which makes it work; don’t take B1 pills at same time as coffee, tea, alcohol.

Avoid immunizations of any kind when ill.  Current COVID-19 vaccines inject 40 trillion RNA particles to produce spike protein, which allows entry of viruses into cells; therefore, RNA vaccines are not truly a vaccine that can prevent transmission or infection.

COVID-19 RNA-DNA spike protein vaccines increase risk for blood clots.  Natural agents that degrade both platelet and fibrin blood clots are ENZYMES bromelain or nattokinase (long-acting), and RESVERATROL.
